Services Offered
NBFT provides online services related to real estate, including but not limited to the listing, renting, and leasing of residential and commercial properties. Our platform connects property owners and tenants directly, eliminating the need for third-party brokers.

Service Charges
For residential properties, a service charge of 20% of the monthly rent is applicable. For commercial properties, a service charge of 40% of the monthly rent is applicable. These charges are one-time fees applicable at the time of finalizing a deal through our platform.

No Broker Charges
NBFT operates on a no broker involvement policy. We do not charge any fees or commissions to brokers or agents. Our services are intended to provide a direct connection between tenants and property owners.

Plan Validity
NBFT offers a standard 3-month plan duration for property listings. After the plan expires, users may renew or extend their plan based on available options.

User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate and truthful information in all property listings. Misleading or fraudulent content may lead to account suspension or permanent termination.

Intellectual Property
All content on the NBFT website is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reuse any part of the content without explicit written consent.

Limitation of Liability
NBFT is not responsible for any damages or disputes between property owners and tenants. Users are encouraged to verify all details before finalizing any agreement.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Modifications
NBFT reserves the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of these changes.
