Subscription Duration
To be eligible for a refund, the customer must complete a minimum subscription period of 3 months. Early cancellations before this period are not eligible for any refund.

Eligibility for Refund
If a customer has not selected any property within 3 months of subscription, they may request a partial refund. This is applicable only after completing the full subscription term.

Refund Amount & Charges
After 3 months, if no property is chosen, the customer is eligible to receive 35% refund of the subscription fee. An additional 5% fee will be charged for refund processing by the company.
